Bob Mingle, CCIM graduated from the University of South Carolina. He has been a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina since 1973. After a successful career in residential sales he joined CB Commercial in their Charlotte office in 1980 as an investment broker. Bob was hired by Crosland Commercial in 1986 as Vice President of Marketing for CrownPoint, a 220 acre mixed-use development. In 1991 Bob opened the first U.S. office of Roycom Advisors, a Canadian based real estate investment trust (REIT), and became the U.S. Director of Acquisitions. Bob won the “Overall Top Producer” award in 1999 as awarded by the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors. Bob is also an instructor at the Mingle School of Real Estate Founded in 1972.

Jim Rebhan, CCIM started his real estate career in 1975 with T.W. Weber Realty Inc. in Madison, WI after graduating from the University of Wisconsin. In 1977 he became a branch office Broker-in-Charge as well as Vice President of Worthington Custom Homes, a wholly owned subsidiary building company. In 1982 he entered the corporate real estate world and by 1988 served as Vice President of Real Estate for an $800 million in sales national restaurant chain. In 1994 Jim and his family moved to Charlotte, NC. In 1996 he left the corporate world to start his own real estate investment company, Rebhan Properties. In 2001 he purchased the Charlotte area Coldwell Banker Commercial Franchise and functioned as its President and Broker-in-Charge. In 2002 he partnered with another Charlotte commercial real estate franchise group and formed SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc., which today is one of the area’s largest commercial real estate brokerage companies. Also in 2002 Jim partnered to form Southeast Capital Associates, LLC a commercial real estate investment acquisition firm.

Gary Stephens, CCCIM is a Charlotte native and started his real estate career in 1980 in residential sales. He joined Atlantic Properties in 1982 as an industrial real estate specialist representing clients in leasing/sales of distribution and manufacturing facilities. During his 15-year tenure with Atlantic Properties he held the positions of Broker in Charge, Sales Trainer of new associates as well as buying and selling real estate for his personal portfolio. During the early 1990’s Gary was also a principal in ECOTECH Environmental Services; a company specializing in the testing of residential properties for “air quality” and lead based paint hazards. In 1996 Atlantic Properties merged with Coldwell Banker Flouhouse Realtors and became Coldwell Banker Commercial.
Gary obtained his CCIM designation in 1998 and began to focus on the representation of buyers and sellers of investment real estate. In addition to his general brokerage business Gary was Vice President of Sales for Coldwell Banker Commercial and active in the development of new business for the company. He has been named as “Top Producer in North Carolina” as well as “Top Producer in the Southeast Region” in the Coldwell Banker Commercial organization. Currently he is with Southeast Commercial Real Estate Group where he continues investment brokerage.
